  1. Charity Cheer: Set a dollar limit and make sure each employee is okay with contributing that amount to the gift exchange this year. Then, have each employee write the name of his or her favorite charity on a slip of paper and put it in a bowl. Have each person draw the name of a charity that they will give a donation in the set dollar amount.
