Finally, choosing the right media is very important. People prefer different methods of communication—whether it’s email, phone, text, or video. The key is to reach them how they want to be reached.

Marketing is an ongoing process of testing and adjusting. You’ll hit singles, doubles, and eventually home runs, but only if you keep swinging!
